Export products from any Magento store

Paste a store URL and get its products — name, price, images, SKU, brand, category and more — as Excel, CSV, XML, JSON or an import file for WooCommerce and Shopify. No install, no registration.

Free: the first 50 products of a store. Need the whole catalog? Register in the MyDataProvider app and export all products (14-day free trial). Only public product data is collected. Large stores take a few minutes — keep this tab open.

How the Online Magento Scraper Works

  1. Paste the store URL. Home page, category or product link — any page of the store works.
  2. We find the products. The scraper reads the store sitemap (Magento generates it for most stores) and checks product pages first. Category pages, CMS pages and blog posts are skipped automatically.
  3. We read each product. Magento themes publish product data as schema.org markup — structured data made for Google Shopping. We read it together with Open Graph tags and the page itself, so the result is clean even on customized themes.
  4. Download the file. The preview shows the first products; all formats are available from one export.

The tool checks about 6 products per second, so a catalog of 1,000 products is ready in about 3 minutes.

What Data You Get From a Magento Store

How complete the data is depends on the store: most Magento 2 themes publish full product data, while heavily customized or very old themes may show only the basics.

Use Cases

Migration from Magento

Many businesses leave Magento for simpler platforms. Export the public catalog and import it into WooCommerce or Shopify with images and prices — without access to the old admin panel or database.

Competitor price monitoring

Magento powers many large retailers and B2B stores. Export their prices to Excel and compare them with yours. For daily updates we offer automatic price monitoring.

Supplier catalogs

Wholesalers often run Magento B2B shops. Export the product list with SKUs, brands and images and load it into your own store with our products import service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the online Magento scraper free?

Yes. You can export the first 50 products of a store for free, without registration. To export the whole catalog without limits or on a schedule, register in the MyDataProvider app (script.mydataprovider.com) — 14-day free trial.

Does it work with Magento 2 and Magento 1?

Yes. The scraper does not depend on the Magento version: it reads the sitemap and the product data that the store publishes on its pages. This works for Magento 2, Adobe Commerce and most Magento 1 stores.

Which Magento product data is exported?

Name, SKU, price, old price, currency, stock status, brand, category path, images, description, rating, reviews and product URL. Variants of configurable products are exported when the store includes them in its product data.

Can I choose which categories to export?

The online tool exports a free sample of the first 50 products; the whole catalog is available in the MyDataProvider app. Every product has its category path, so you can filter the Excel file by category. If you need a scraper for specific categories only, contact us.

Why did the tool not find products on my Magento site?

Some stores have no sitemap and no product links on the home page, and some block automated access. In these cases contact us — we build custom scrapers that handle such stores.

Can I move my products from Magento to WooCommerce or Shopify?

Yes. Download the WooCommerce import CSV or the Shopify import CSV and upload it in the Products, Import section of your new store.
