Sales & Accounting Department – Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management:
Develop and maintain relationships at a senior level within the key accounts;
Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business goals;
Maintain active dialogue with clients through weekly/biweekly meetings and quarterly business reviews;
Develop understanding of key stakeholders in the client organization, including the procurement organization, have an idea of budget cycles and limits;
Effectively communicate mydataprovider’s capabilities to address IT needs that support client’s business objectives;
Develop knowledge of mydataprovider’s offerings to drive multi-stream solutions;
Solicit cooperation from the appropriate internal experts in order to demonstrate mydataprovider’s capabilities and advantages fully;
Actively seek and monitor client satisfaction, obtaining both structured and informal feedback;
Identify and develop new opportunities from existing clients to achieve our objective of developing full service partnership.
Delivery:
Provide leadership and counsel to clients at key points during project delivery;
Have an informed point of view on current projects at all times;
Advise delivery team on how to demonstrate benefits and maximize client satisfaction, assure crisp communication between the client and mydataprovider teams;
Represent client’s perspective to delivery team and represent mydataprovider’s perspective to the client;
Drive operational excellence within the portfolio;
Actively work across mydataprovider, making connections with various group within the organization and build relationships with resourcing/recruiting/delivery/accounting organizations to ensure you know the people, their responsibilities and areas of influence;
Identify strengths and weaknesses of key team members to improve team performance and enhance team effectiveness.
Operational:
Lead the commercial process, ensuring that engagements deliver to profit targets and, at the same time, that we are structuring our commercial terms to deliver value to the client;
Manage client financials, contracts, work with accounting group on invoice generation and payment;
Ensure that client relationship, interactions, and deliverables are in keeping with the spirit of the contracts and that proper change control procedures are invoked when necessary;
Continually monitor and reevaluate the quality of deliverables, process, and team performance;
Participate or lead the pre-sales initiatives across existing and new accounts.

Business Development Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Successfully sell IT solutions and Services via a solution-selling or consultative-selling approach;
Coordinate with leaders and SME’s across mydataprovider BUs to create compelling and goal-driven solution offerings for clients and prospects;
Drive the creation of presentation materials and proposals that effectively present mydataprovider solutions and collaborate with the mydataprovider Global Sales team to sell through the offering;
Develop deep knowledge and expertise around mydataprovider’s solutions and go to market strategies;
Be able to swiftly adapt and pivot in an ever-evolving eco-system;
Qualify and drive response initiatives to closure, maximising revenue and strategic value for our organisation;
Collaborate with key mydataprovider partners to effectively position mydataprovider services and drive an increased number of opportunities from the channel;
Successfully position mydataprovider and its services to C-level executives, building their confidence in mydataprovider solutions and our ability to deliver;
Stay abreast of current events across mydataprovider Business Units and utilise that knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop mydataprovider’s selling propositions and differentiators.

Digital Solutions Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as an expert subject matter and business development consultant, leading and driving digital solution engagements for clients in Toronto and Canada as appropriate;
Develop strategies to grow accounts with a strong focus on digital transformation projects;
Build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders understanding their needs and goals;
Understand the intersection between technology, customers and business to grow revenue and cultivate business development opportunities;
Help clients understand the best mix of technologies, design solutions and services and how they should be delivered to maximize effectiveness;
Stay abreast of current and emerging digital trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects client’s business and initiatives;

Pre-Sales Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and Analysis of the RFP requirements and various sources of information provided by customer/available online;
Managing the Q&A process (questions collection, consolidation and Q&A facilitation with us and client);
Facilitating Pre-Sales Discoveries;
Defining Solution Scope in a form of the Feature list with complete coverage of all the requirements in RFP on the level of the details efficient/required for estimations. Based on the RFP input materials quality and timeframe it will be ball park/high level or detailed Feature list;
Facilitating Estimation and Solution design processes with Solution Architects/Technical Team;
Consolidating Estimates and Assumptions;
Defining and Describing:
Roadmap and Delivery Methodology;
Discovery Workshops Agenda and Schedule.
Answering BA focused RFP questions, e.g. BA approach, etc;
Visualizing and Optimizing presentation of the proposal content using various techniques;
Creating Proposal presentation decks (PowerPoint), presenting proposals to customers;
Conducting Platform Demos;
Working as a business consultant / supervisor to the Delivery team during the transition of the won opportunities to the Delivery and initial stages of the Discovery Phase, including discovery agenda finalization, facilitation material preparations, dry runs and actual engagement;
Working as engagement manager / business consultant during kick-off and discovery phase.

REQUIREMENTS

Deep Functional knowledge and understanding of omni-channel commerce retailing and/or content management solutions;
Practical knowledge of any of the following platforms: Hybris, ATG/Oracle Commerce, Magento, Demandware, AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, ADAM;
2-3+ years of production experience in highly-complex enterprise level implementations in above domains as a Lead Business Analyst;

Senior Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Elicit and analyze customer requirements;
Create and update Software Requirements Specification documents (representing information in various formats – UML/BPMN diagrams, mockups, tables and text);
